Golf is tough on the body for a number of reasons but the most significant is the unilateral twisting of the body. This affects the whole spine, the lower back/hip area, the knees, the shoulders and the neck. Massage can help to relieve the strain on the muscles as well as loosen them up a bit so the body's twist is more fluid and painless.

As a golfer, you know it is better to be loose and relaxed when swinging than tight and feeling aches and pains in your body. Massage can relieve those aches and pains and allow the game to be a joy from the first hole to the last.
