As you read this, wherever you are, whatever you're doing today, you might be able to take a moment to simply breath in a few slower, deeper breaths. And as you continue to breath out, your shoulders might drop a bit and a smile might appear even just for a moment.

And then for more time to rest and recharge, you might like to schedule a massage...

Attention all Golfers!
Yes, yes, you're all happy to be out on the courses again. Beautiful sunshine and green grass make for a great round but massage makes for an even better one!

We all know looser, more relaxed players hit better and farther. Massage can help you improve your game and recover from those great rounds.

Don't believe me? Add massage into your routine and you'll find it's benefits are shown on the course. I'll leave lowering your handicap up to you!

  • Begin or enhance your yoga practice
  • Gather a group of girlfriends
  • Spend some quality time with your teen or spouse

Companions in Courage
A few weekends ago I volunteered for a charity called Companions in Courage to massage runners at the Long Island Marathon. The participants collected and donated funds that will help build activity rooms in children's hospitals around the country. NHL Hall of Famer Pat LaFontaine has created this organization in order to give hospitalized children an outlet for fun and distraction.
