Baby massage gives parents and infants an opportunity to relax together. We know the harmful effects of stress and we know the healthy life benefits of massage. With baby massage and simple stretches you can give your child the framework for a more relaxing life!
Whether it is after bath time or before bed, baby massage has such benefits such as encouraging motor skill development and promoting a strong immune system.
Through private or group instruction, I will teach you how to massage your baby with confidence and joy. Bring a few parents together, swap stories and have some fun!
